Should I be mad?
HAHA your pissed at that ...im not tryin to thread jack but heres my Riverside Infiniti experience
last year I called Riverside Inf & spoke to chad & he said yes the JDM battery covers was in stock Im like cool I gave him my CC# & shipping info
...so 2 weeks later nothing in mail ....im like hmmm well its coming from CA-NJ so i wait 3 more days, nothing.
I call back speak to Chad
do you have tracking#?
...no we didnt ship yet
...im like its been almost 3 weeks, did u forget my order?
no im waiting on the brackets we have JDM covers but dont have the brackets to install them
(sarcastically) awesome! when were you going to tell me this?
oh we were just going to ship when it came in we will have them in a few days you should have it by next week.
at this point a few extra days wont hurt, i say ok.
...I got swamped with work & forget all about the stupid battery cover.
3 weeks later ...yes i said 3weeks!! after that conversation, I suddenly realize i didnt get it yet. I call Riverside again & Chad says
oh we are still waiting on brackets, just another day or 2!!!
WTF are u serious ...please delete my order & info from your computer.
you waited 9 days...
I waited about 6-7 weeks & received nothing
my advice order from another company
or
eBay ...once in a while you can find authentic Nissan Skyline clear corners on there
I got mine in about 5 days

thats pretty bad but I dont think theres much you can do and I dont think its worth it to do anything since you are dealing with a small, inexpensive item
