Started to work on my dash few months ago and this is where its at right now. Don't have a lot of time and the weather is not great either, only able to do little at a time. Posting this up to see how you guys think, and maybe giving me an idea what need to be fixed. The PC is from a Sony VGN-350P, so its not a touch screen. Looking to buy a digitizer for it, let me know if anyone know where can I get one for decent price (spec of LCD is 10.6" wide).

looks good so far. the stock vents didn't fit on the sides? i figure it would be better to keep the stock vents there to keep the sun off the screen to prevent glare. it would also look like it fit better. the housing could be adjusted to fit more flush and keep it more stock looking. i like the mouse pad, but dislike the placement of the power button. just my opinions though. good idea and very unique. post pics when you're finished.
Those carbon fiber is vinyl, took my time with it. Its hard, but I think easier with 2 ppl working on it. I'll try to vinyl everything with carbon fiber look, gonna take me sometimes. I would like to have the stock vent but won't fit, gap between 2 vents little too small for LCD. Oh, good thing is the LCD is pretty clear in day time too, not so bad but thank for giving me tips. =)
I'm running the same skin on Frodoplayer!! Dice skin is hot. I get lots of looks and turned heads on my touchscreen. Confused why you'd want a power button though when you probably just have a DC/DC power supply?

Vents look a little ackward, but overall a good setup. Would have flushmounted the deck since you put in all that work already, the trim ring makes it look a little amateurish
