throttle body

im trying to remove my plenum and don't remember having this problem in the past. I'm trying to remove the gray elictrical connector under the throttle body? I feel like I'm going to break it with pliers while trying to remove it. anybody know an easier way to get this off or you think it's just stuck and I need to work it out.

Pressure.... you have to apply a lot of pressure and just work it out. Don't use a flathead because you run the risk of breaking the clip.
