Worst luck with cop behind me...
Samething thing happend to me on my way from from work in Costa Mesa. I ran a yellow light and saw the cop and said to myself, ****. Good thing it was yellow and I wasn't speeding.
Anyways, he followed me for a good 6 block. I was like wtf man? Either pull me over for no reason or leave me the F alone and go get a donut.

Cops who are tailing you for a long time are usually running your plates. Trust me, that is a GOOD thing.
You would BEG for cops to do this if you car was reported stolen. Then they might be behind the thief, run the plates, and see the car is flagged. You win.

I still don't understand why people get paranoid when they see a cop. That usually gives them suspicion to stop you. If u pass a cop going 40 mph in a 35mph zone he NOT going to do anything because he knows that u are not hiding anything that would cause him to stop u. I always pass them 40 on the street and 70-75 on the freeway and never had a problem.

Then again, that particular cop was a dip****, unlike 99% of them who actually do their jobs.

The worst luck would be if you and your car fit the description of a murder suspect and they think you are running from them, they do the PIT maneuver on you, then you get ejected from the car. That, my friend, would be the "worst luck."

If you have nothing to hide, you have nothing to worry about.
I use to worry about my tints, no front plates, and clear corners. But I've noticed most cops could care less about it, or atleast dont notice it.
