19 INCH wheels

Anyone had to get the tires for the our Forged 19 inches rims? I heard it costs around $300 each... is that true?

If I need two front tires. can I get something cheaper?

I'm selling 2 Toyo Proxes T1R's 225/40/19 (stock front tire sizes) for $300 + shipping. So that's $150 a piece before shipping.

Check out the wheel and tire forum under General), there's been a lot of discussion about available 19" tires.

why are you selling them? Condition?

I am awaiting a PM from wheelautohaus, on a set of 4 Toyo T1R's.

You can figure @ $1k for 4 new shoes for the coupe, and thats low-end.

Tires are brand new, never mounted. I ordered them online but they were on back order so I bought a set locally and don't need these anymore. Although I would like to get $350 + shipping for them, nobody wanted to buy them at that price so I'm offering them at a starting price of $300 + shipping.

Here's a picture of their condition.

except they are too small to run on the coupe and will throw off handling dynamics and possibly VDC as well as making your wheels more prone to damage

If you get them from the dealer they cost a decent amount, but I'm pretty sure that cost includes mounting and balancing. You can always buy the tire online for a lot cheaper and get them mounted and balanced somewhere for less.

Dealer quoted me ~$300 per tire. I ended up buying tire for $200 shipped and paid firestone $20 (I'm not sure exact price) to mount and balance.
