Could be a HUGE part of your problem methinks..

I also live in the PNW, and I average between 17-19 in an all city, extremely low speed limit environment (our highest speed limit in town is 40, and my daily commute is about 7 miles round trip.

On the highway running 68-72 I've seen as high as 28.

I don't understand how you guys get such bad gas mileage... I redline my car on a daily basis and I average 18-19 with 80% city driving... if I'm cruising mostly highway its like 24-26MPG...

I get 340-360 avg to a tank and I push mine all the time. 21.4-22 city and highway rush hour traffic.

This 120 miles is all short, city driving trips + letting it warm up for 10 mins outside each morning + granny driving style (to find out if it's a problem ;-)).

10 minutes is a little excessive. Idling is your worst enemy when it comes to internal combustion engines. You burn the most gas idling because you aren't getting any miles per gallon.

Yeah, I'm taking that into consideration, but I'm willing to pay for 10 mins of gas when it's 0F outside and our cheapo heated seats take forever to warm up and don't get all that warm. I'm not too concerned about the MPG itself, but want to make sure there's nothing wrong with the car.

why i got only like 220 a tank? it's about 13mpg, mine is 04 5AT, 95% city driving in a small town, no traffic jam at all and i drive pretty slow and constant . something wrong may be? or i have to do oil change or something?
