TRADE for a FX?

I was in the dealer looking at a FX 35

I was told by the saleman my car (05 G35 Coupe, premium, aero and sport) with 26,000 miles is worth $26k

Their 2005 FX35 31,000 miles (no navi) is worth $30k

I will be off $4000 plus tax.

Fair trade?

You could probably get at least $1,000 more if you sell your car and not trade it in.

if you are not racing and would not mind switching over to an SUV i say do it,...sounds like a pretty cool deal, but try negotiating a little bit more, you might get the gap closer...good luck

I have an FX aswell as my G and they are both fun to drive. The FX was an 04 with 27K miles when I boutht it for $26K. I got a good deal! The FX was a clean 1 owner. I think of it as a G on ROIDS that I can run over curbs an drive in the snow with.

Don't get me wrong I rock my G in the snow as well when the girl needs the FX

PS: I live in New England the weather sucks and I may like the FX more then the G.....hush

Definetly a good deal considering that by trading in you only have to pay tax on the 4K
