East Coast Meet

East Coast Meet
I know this is kind of early to start talking about next year but we have to start somewhere.
Every year the Supra community has a couple of meets that are yearly events and they get massive turnouts. I'm trying to gauge interest to see if this is something we can try to do.
We could make it a weekend long event and try to have track time, cruises, bar-b-Q, and Maybe get a couple of the forum sponsors to show up and have specials. This could also be something that is for both Z's and G's maybe bring us together more.
Let me know what your thoughts are and if you have any suggestions on locations please throw them out. I think that we are getting enough of a following that we should be able to make this happen.
I am also going to post this on a 350z site to see what they think.

Re: East Coast Meet
I'm down too. Especially if we do it at a track. We need to start some polls to see how far people are willing to travel, realistically. I don't expect people from NY to travel 15 hours so I only have to travel 3.
A good time would be on a Saturday at 12 or 1 so people can drive Friday evening and Saturday morning if necessary. Then travel on Sunday to get home. No work lost.

Re: East Coast Meet
I think the meet at XXTuning [which if I believe you were there notlownf] was a pretty big success. I think bringing both the Z's and G's together would be great as well as a BBQ. I'm not sure how popular track time would be for a wider G35/Z based audience...I know I never had the intention to track my car. Anyway, an east coast meet sounds great.

Re: East Coast Meet
I made a poll to find out how far people would be willing to drive and what they would want to do. Thank you to the above member for the suggestion.
NYCGspot- I was at the XXTuning meet and VICS350 has been talking to them about bringing their dyno to a meet. Their dyno is mobile so if we have a meet and BBQ they can bring the dyno. That way we can have it at a better location.
