Question SilviaParts.com SP GRILL ! PIX !

Is the Grille shown on this website the same grill everyone is selling in the classifieds section with bad fitment? :
http://www.silviaparts.com/store/index.php?product=0002

Is the Gialla Grille the best one to get as far as fitment? Have any of you guys bought this specific grille from SilviaParts.com? Some feedback on them would be greatly appreciated.

Well I got the grill and dont really know how to feel about it. Some peepz tell me it sucks and some say it looks good and it isn't too bad. Just looking for some opinions here. You guys think this sucker is worth painting? I dont think its all that bad either. Haven't drilled the holes yet. Should've just waited on a Gialla? hahaha Got no patience for that. Anyone think they might be interested in it?

the earlier generations had some fitment problems. the newer ones are suppose to fit better.

Never said it says Silviaparts on it. Said it says that its an SP Racing Grill. And from what i've seen, SP grills suck as far as fitment.

How did this guy get the Infiniti logo on the grille?

Also, I'm looking for a grille for my friend's G coupe. I've been looking all over a while, but I don't seem to find what I want. I just don't want a grill that you can see everything inside with, like the radiator and whatnot, and I also don't want a grill with a thing going down the middle. Now I'm aware that the SP grill has a thing down the middle, and I don't want that, but I'm wondering if that has anything to do with how the guy in this pic put the Infiniti logo on it, in which case I might consider it.

But the ideal grille would be something like the above except with a good black or aluminum (i guess black preferred) mesh so that you can't see anything inside, and no things down the middle.

By the way, its a black G coupe (2003). Thanks.

IonicDynamics has a Gialla clone made of fiberglass..

And there is NO bar going down the center.

I understand that Jose is making 2 versions, one with a support and one without, I have the one without and the fit is perfect! My '06 wouldn't allow the use of the support anyway it interfered with the OEM slots on the bottom of the front fascia/bumper/grille opening.

There is no need for a center support that I can see, what is it supporting anyway? The grille weighs next to nothing! I used the original fasteners to hold the grille in position, no double sided tape or anything else.

The Infiniti emblem in the photo off the trunk lid.

Thanks for the info. I went on the IonicDynamics site, but I don't see anything for the G. I'm guessing I have to e-mail him? Also, is tape going to be necessary for '03 model, or will it clip on?

By the way, do you have a pic of your car with the grille? It'd be nice to see. Again, thanks.
