And i believe there are always exceptions! some mods may not look good on some cars, colors or may not look good by them selves(not installed on a car) but can be put on another car that may flow well with the part and look good.

black wheels with polished lips are nothing special, imo. there are some that i like, but for the most part they are all "eh" to me.
ricer or not, black wheels with polished lips are overrated (IMHO only).
