Anyone have a clear bra warrenty claim?

I've had my clear bra for about 3 weeks now. I went to wash my car and noticed that there is a rough spot right in the middle of the bumper. it looksl ike the clear coat is gone or someone took a piece of sandpaper to it. I doubt anyone messed with it so I'm thinking it's a product defect.

Just wondering if anyone has sent a claim into 3m for warrenty and how the process would go. Thanks.

I have had limited success getting replacements through Xpel, assuming that's where your kit came from.

Contact the installer if there was one and ask him. If you did it yourself you may be on your own, but all you can do is try.

Ya, i'm going to call my installer tomorrow. It is an xpel kit, but the just make the cutout designs. I would assume the warrenty would be with the film manufacteur, which for me is 3M

Your installer should be the one who takes care of this.

Any chance it is an impact scar from hitting debris? I have a small spot in the middle of my front bumper's clear bra that was caused by road debris, and your description sounds like what I have.

If not, check with your installer for warranty work.
