Question about selling the G35 coupe

I had a loan on the G, so my title said "One Lien Holder" on it, few months ago, I paid off the loan, and I got a letter from Chase bank specified the loan is paid, and I will need the letter to trade in or sell the vehicle,

my question is if I want to sell it privately, must I get a new title that has the "One Lien Holder" removed? I was told by the DMV that it required 60 to 90 days to get the new title.

Would you guys buy a car with a lien holder title and a letter specified the lien was released?

What else can I do?

thanks.

the buyer could always call the lender to confirm the letter

FYI, I've sold a few cars with just the letter/title
