Damaging your coupe

Lets say you are driving in a coupe and you get in an accident. are there any tests that prove that there wont be much damage. my aunts maxima barely hit another car and the whole front was totalled. i wanted to know if you hit bumper to bumper would it make much damage

What are you talking about? All cars have to pass crash tests.

Yes it will sustain damage. I already had to replace the front bumper because of a re-tread in the middle of the expressway. In my opinion any car manufactured in the past 5 years will have substantial damage from the lightest of accidents. I have insurance to repair cars when there is a problem.

i am not talking about injuring. i am just saying that if it will make damage this has nothing to do with injuries.

get car insurance, especially if the law requires it, or if you drive alot and are extremely worried about getting into an accident
Like the above post said, any car made in the past 5-7 years is made to crumble on impact to soften the blow to the Humans inside of the vehicle
Bumpers on all cars these days have only a 5 to 7MPH limit until it gets damaged.

From what I heard the coupe has a 2.5mph crash rating with no damage done at all. Only 2.5!
