Please Read!!!

The amount of non-Coupe related threads posted here is getting ridiculous lately!! This is the "COUPE" section, not a "Post Whatever You Want" section. It's common sense guys.....if it is not Coupe related, DO NOT post it here. That is what the OT section is for.

Also, if you have questions about tires, post it in the Tech Area. If you have questions on intakes, post it in the Tech Area. If you have questions on brakes, post it in the Tech Area.......etc. All those sections of the forum exist for a reason, please use them.

^^^Ditto...you moderators have your work cut for you.
See a lot of threads moved to the CORRECT sections.
Hopefully ppl will get a clue about that.
Keep up the good work...

i understand people who post about exhaust/header/intake/plenum/etc. mods in the coupe forum, because people often dont get sufficient responses when posting in the other forums..though 10,000 posts on ztubes does get annoying

i also don't complain when people post pictures in the coupe forum, because everyone likes seeing pictures but i still think to myself, "why the fvck is this thread in this forum?"

but, i can't stand the F/S and OT threads..

People don't get much response from those forums because not enough people use them for their intended purpose. With me continusously moving those types of threads to their correction location, hopefully that will change.

Sounds like you will be busy with all the newbies. Good luck.

Agreed that there have been SOME way off topics posted but if people can't even ask about performance mods in here of any type what exactly would this COUPE forum be used for? Just to talk about the existence off the coupe?

i agree. but it's not just that. a lot of people don't know about the other forums, lol. i talk to people on AIM and i link them to threads from the intake/exhaust/picture/etc. forums and they're always like, "whoa, where did you find this? i didn't know this was there.."

lol

most of the posts in the coupe section are okay, so they won't be going away, generic performance mod questions should go in their appropriate section, general rule should be if it applies to sedans as well, then post elsewhere

Then its better if you point them in the right direction rather than babying them and keeping everything in the coupe section. You have to show them the way, you are the noob Hero afterall

lol, what is your opinion about people posting pictures in the coupe forum? like i said, i always think to myself that it shouldn't be here. but i let it go because i figured the OP is just an attention ***** (no flaming intended, i am too when it comes to posting pics of my car ) and wants more people to see his/her pics.

I'm not a mod, so if i were to post in every post that i thought should be moved, i would go crazy. I only address the posts that blatently violate the rules, and usually only if its not a noob posting. I have a problem with people who think they can do what they want when they know better. I don't really bash on noobs because they are just that. When people with 500+ posts start with the WTB or FS ads in the coupe section, thats when it gets out of hand. Pics are one of those grey areas, where it depends on why they are posting in the coupe section, if its just to show off, then it belongs in the picture forum, but pics of unique or rare mods for the coupe I see as okay in this section
