Easy to take off OEM lugs?

probably just got lose. If "they" wanted to fuc with you
they would have losen ALL of them

check your other lug nuts and make sure they are alright. They cant come loose on their own if you had it torqued at 80lbs, but its almost impossible to fall of on its own unless you just barely had it sitting on there. Maybe someone tried to take your rims and decided to give up? Keep your eyes open for shady people.

scary. good thing nothing happened.

that noted, a lot of tire/wheel shops will advise you to re torque your lugnuts to spec after a couple hundred miles or fewer. now, whether this is because their workers are incompetent or they're afraid of lawyers (or both), I don't know. But I do know I've been given that warning.
