[IMG][/IMG]I just got the hood from GOOD2GO a few days ago. I put it on and I am not sure whether I should spend the money on getting the hood painted or take the money and buy a nismo bumper. Here is a few pics please let me know.

 

 

in my honest opinion, a nismo bumper will require side skirts to "carry" it.

i had the nismo front only with stock skirts and was not fully happy with it. then again, maybe i'm just super picky

also depends what look you want. paint it to look cleaner. leave it to look more aggressive.

Paint it for sure, LS is such a beautiful color and the cf just kind of throws it off IMO. If your car had a more wild kit with cf everywhere it might work better, but I dunno. What about painting it but leaving the vents as they are? I havent seen that yet on LS.

I would paint. I've never been a fan of multi color cars, even if it is carbon fiber.

 

me neither, carbon fiber never really gave me a hard on either, but since plenty of cars have 'em you start to grow on them. I say get the bumper, that's one less part you'd have to get if your going for a full body kit.

 

paint it. If it was a Nissan "yah... maybe". But its infinity so paint it.

I am not much of a cf fan either. But like everyone knows modding is eating a hole in my pocket. Sorry I did not get back to you guys sooner. THx for all your opinions. It will be dropped off at the paintshop in the morning. But I think I will be painting the whole hood instead of leaving the vents cabon. I think it will look cleaner like that.
