G35 Coupe Questions
G35 Coupe Questions
Hi guys, i am thinking of trading in my sedan for a coupe.
do you not get the seat memory with the coupe?
how about the those summer tires? never had them before so are they ok to drive when it rains? do you think i can last till next winter with those tires or would i have to buy snow tires for the G?
What else would i miss by going to the coupe other than the trunk sapce? HELP!

Re: G35 Coupe Questions
I do not have seat memory in my coupe...but I got mine from the first batch to the states...so you might want to check with someone who has gotten one recently...I think they've made some changes to the coupes made after December. I've had no problem driving in the rain, but then again, this is San Diego, and although it's rained a few times...it's not nearly the same as most other places in the states.
And to answer your main question...if you enjoy driving...get the coupe ! You won't be dissappointed.

Re: G35 Coupe Questions
There is no seat memory. The mid year changes have all turned out to be myths. If there will be any changes, they will be to the 2004 models. You will definately need snow tires if you plan on the 18s. The "summer" ties should be fine in the rain.
You'll lose practicality. The back seats aren't awful, but don't expect to cram people back there often.

Re: G35 Coupe Questions
the seat bottom has memory i thought
its just the back bussion doesnt because its manually adjusted with the level on the door's side on the seat,
like when you pull the lever to let someone sit in the back, the driver's seat bottom cussion with return back to where it was, but the backrest cussion wont...
Summer tires are like their label implies, you will need to get either all-season or winter tires (17's) depending on where you live and how much you plan on driving in the snow.
Talk to Gsedanman, he used to have a sedan and he got the coupe now
