Re: New Lazer Red Owner

Well I think I may have pulled off the steal of the century. I needed a 2nd car to put some miles on. I have an S2000 that I wanted to make a weekend car. The S2K is an awesome machine that is often misunderstood even by the owners! Anyhow... I wanted something that had an automatic and could give me more cargo room than the S2K. I went to buy a G35 Sedan. In the showroom though was a a red G35 Coupe and it was FINE!!! We dealed a little bit on the sedan... I didn't want leather, sunroof, or BOSE. The best they could get to was 27K I told them no way.. then the salesman goes... you know that coupe in the showroom is available... I would make you a good deal. It doesn't have leather, sunroof, or BOSE. Man.. I went and looked at it and it was sweet! The cloth seats are like no other cloth seats I have seen. The steering wheel is leather and you would swear the cloth is suede.

The base stereo is fine.. It meets my standards fine.

The G35SC base has got to be one of the greatest car values ever at <30K

BTW: I bought this car 1 day after having all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed. I haven't been able to enjoy it

Re: New Lazer Red Owner

Hey Izrcoupe, Nice choice! I've always liked red, and this car suits that colour without a doubt. I have D/G (Silverstone) and am very happy with it. Couldn't have red this time. Wasn't available 'till later so I settled for D/G to get a decent trade-in for my Sedan. But that decision was a tough one.
I can relate to the wisdom tooth thing too. Wasn't that long ago I had all mine out (which were inpacted and real deep). I spat tooth and bone chips for a month after. AT least you've got the G to cheer you up and look forward to driving.
Take care, man.
