Here is a solution to your seat belt problem
well i bought one off of ebay... i don't like them at all... yes it does help a little in moving the belt away from your neck, but it pulls up on the horizontal part of the belt, so it's always sitting on your stomach. so annoying

yes, I was thinking the same thing.
It looks like it causes slack in the seatbelt while you wear it, which would not be good in case of a crash.
Just wondering...
I have a 2004 coupe with the same problem, of course. I guess I just live with it, and keep adjusting the seatbelt down away from my neck every 10 minutes.

I doubt those are DOT Approved... I would guess that that little plastic clip will break, and that extra slack in the seat belt will cause you to fly forward instead of the seatbelt locking...
