Yes, the FX45 is a V8 - 4.5 liter hence FX45, the 35 is the V6 (3.5L) that is in the G35 coupe. We also got the Tech package which includes EVERYTHING.

 

Didn't mean to sound so uninformed, but on the Infiniti website they only mention the FX45 and then say there is a V8 and a V6. I should have figured it out.[img]/w3timages/icons/blush.gif[/img]

No problem, didn't mean to come off as if it should be obvious. I know Infiniti's website isn't always the best but they just recently updated it again for the FX series. Also there is always www.freshalloy.com too.

 

Congrat's! So the wifey is gonna drive the FX45 I assume. Need one more Infiniti to tie my record, A G35 coupe, A G20t, A Q45

 

yeah, fx35 isnt out yet, there's gonna be an AWD and rear-wheel only models too, just like the nissan moron-o

That's incorrect on 2 counts. First the FX35 IS out, I've seen 3 at dealerships so far. Second, the Moron-O is either front wheel drive or awd, it does NOT have the same drive train (ATTESA) system that the FX's do nor is it built on the same chasis, a lot of people have made the mistake that these cars are similar and trust me, they are not.

Is your Fx45 faster than ur G35? I read the Fx45 goes to 60 in like 6.3 the same as the Auto G35 coupe and sedan.

 

It's got to be pretty close, but we haven't raced them yet. I'll let everyone know after we do. The FX45 is slower than my Boxster, but then again so are most cars...
