Just got my Blizzak LM22's mounted....is it normal for my steering wheel to be shaking like it has parkinsons?

And now that all the snow has melted here in good ol' Boston, I noticed that I have light scratches all over my trunk and my spoiler and some light ones on my hood. I dunno how they got there, i made sure i was extra careful with the scraper. What can i do about this?

Yeah, sounds like they forgot to balance them.

Just got back from Firestone, seems they didn't balance the front right wheel but now im good. Never had so much fun hitting ice patches and snow piles on the side of the road.
