i have seen one cam that is being sold, but does anyone know of any other cams or head/cam packages? better yet, does anyone know of people who have messed around with their heads yet? with a 3.5l V6, i would think a good amount of power could be unlocked w/o having to go into FI.

 

Take a look over at my350Z.com, there are several people with all thats available for performance improvement staying NA. There are a few cam grinds available.

The RX has left the building, I have been driving the G for about 6 weeks!!!!

 

There are a few cam grinds out right now...

Tomei: 256x10.2 (will idle like stock and deliver a little more power at the top end)
264x10.2 (small lope @ idle, more power at high end, meant for either higher street performance or turbo apps)
268x10.5 (racing cam also meant for turbo apps)

Nismo: R-Tune 262x10.8 (meant for street or racing- not warrantied even though it's Nismo, as R-Tune is meant for the track and S-Tune, which is warrantied, is meant for the street)

Impul and Esprit also make camshafts for the VQ, with Esprit also making high compression (11.5:1) pistons...Perfect complimentary kit from Esprit for N/A applications
