I know people go over the curbing to cut the corner a bit, but that's usually with the unweighted side of the car. If you were sliding into it, I'd say that's more than enough force to cause the bend... ...especially if it were done repeatedly.

I imagine that's an item that a pro drifter would have to upgrade to stay competitive.

... well I just loved the G so much I was importing it from the USA... however it is real pain in the a$$ too,,, because EVERY single item I need for the G costs me a fortune to get... for example, the part I need costs only 30$

it is # 8 but to get it to Latvia I will need to wire transfer the money 21EURO or 30USD plus the oversees shipping... and this is where companies really rob me...
Yeah dude that sucks, that overseas must be a pain, if i were you, i wouldnt abuse that car more than i had to, considering getting the parts is a pain. But good luck! i am sure you will get it figured out.

Yeah, if you're going to be drifting you really want to consider upgrading the suspension... things will break for sure. I have a 240 that I drift and that's the first thing I modified, the entire suspension is adjustable and made for the abuse (or at least put up with it a little more than stock), then the interior for saftey, brakes, and finally engine/performance mods.

Sorry to see that happened though, those kind of things ruin a track day quick!

d*mn, that sucks, maybe you should lower the h*ll out of your car, it should bring that camber right back up to specs...

just playin', sorry to hear that.

What I learned from Kenta from Initial D: (Season 1, S14, poor, race in the rain)

*Kenta Nakamura
Nissan S14 Silvia Q's

One of the youngest members of the Akagi Red Suns, Kenta absolutely adores Keisuke Takahashi and is always eager to prove himself to Keisuke. Kenta specializes in rain conditions. *

Practice drifting only when the asphalt/concrete is wet. Practice only on track or enclosed empty parking lots. Drifting in the rain will allow you to drift at lower speed, thus safer, saves you brakes, tires and suspension. You might be drifting at 20mph but it's still fun.

Don't try to practice drifting in AutoX because if you do, they have every right to kick you out. (I know AutoX chapters I participated in don't look kindly on kids who want to go Initial D'ing on their tracks with volunteer track workers near by)

btw: I am sure you can get that bar fixed easily. Good luck.

Haha and more good news from lude lol. Well if you have money, which you must have some to have it imported there, I'd start looking at some suspension mods and some parts that they throw on the team cars for drift. Thicker arms and so forth will always help.
