Ok so I just got a used 04 coupe and im hearing some strange things that are scaring me. First, whenever i turn on the car to drive it after a long period of it just sitting there. When its getting to shift to 2nd gear from 1st i hear this faint moaning sound coming from the hood. Also, when im going downhill and this happens, i can feel a strong vibration in the brake pedal. second, when i warmup my car in the mornings i hear this high pitched rattling sound coming from the exhaust that goes away after like 2 seconds. Please help! thanks

 

Seem like you need to change your transmission fluid and brake fluid right after you got it. Differential oil is need too!! hopefully, the moaning sound is gone and less vibration on your brake pedal!!!!

What is your mileage on the 04? I have the same year with you!! currently have 60K on it.
