The Mrev will negate the torque and HP scenerio, and aftermarket BBKs will negate the brembos (actually, those two aforementioned items will make the 05+ better then the prior years). Anywho, the real advantage of the 05+ is the interior and Rims, which the interior being the big plus since you can't really change the 04 to the 05. Take a look inside the 04 and 05 and see if this matters to you, everything else can be changed but not the interior.

Oh, btw, no oil burning problem here

i personally know at least 2 people who had S2000's, leased or bought a g35 coupe, and then went back to the S2000.

But if you're "needing" the bigger car, then I think the decision is already made.

I like my 05. no burning oil problems, or any problems at all for that matter.

you could always buy a decent sedan and keep the S2k.

You gotta be kidding......?

Nobody that drives an S2000 is going to want a forkin sedan! That would be
like kissing your Aunt.....uck! Some '05s have had oil consumption issues but
I've never read about an '04 having those problems.....besides I love my '04.
At 15K miles she's still new (almost)

haha thanks for all the info guyz. yeah i dont think im going to get a sedan, yet. maybe in the future but as for keeping the s2k, its a bit late for that. haha i jsut sold the car yesterday. so from what i hear its pretty fair game with both cars. and i think im going to go with the 04 (priced a little lower, which means more $$$ for mods). thats unless of course i find a really good priced 05 then i mean, ill probably get it. =] thanks for all the input. been alot of help

05 no problems with oil and its alot nicer!

the brembo's are not that great lots of brake dust on your wheels and $$$$$$ to repair/replace
