I actullay did the M45 head light overlays and they came out great, but its just a small peice no cutouts or anything to worry about lol. I just ordered another pair for a friend...

Also I noticed that a tinted overlay is somewhat thicker and easier to work with then the Opaque black version that I used which is I dont know if its just me but seems flimsier and not as easy to work with....

Yes, the tinted ones are a tad thicker, but both rated same quality. Your friends m45's are going out tonight. How about pics of yours!
