Good bye G35

Hey everyone.

It has been a blast but I've just sold my 2004 Coupe and I won't be buying another. Not sure what I'm going to buy but it probably won't be another G. I will likely downgrade to an RSX. Any opinions?
I did have a hell of a lot of fun and the G has been the best car I've owned so far but I've got kids starting university soon, etc, etc.
I bought it for $39K CDN in May 2005 and just sold it for $33.5, so $5.5K in 2 years is very, very good - even with the G37 coming. It's a great car !!!

Got to love a decent resell value, thats tough to say with most cars these days. How about picking up an older TL rather then a RSX? Good luck

Hey folks, been lurking here after I sold my G but I bought another car recently - 2007 Audi RS4. This beauty is a beast. 420 HP - same engine as the 8 cylinder Audi R8 and brakes from the Lamborghini Galardo.

Anybody have experiences with RS4?

Some pics of my baby... :-)

Not with an RS4 but during the time I was car shopping I did test drive a couple of 2003 RS6 (The only year they imported it to the U.S.)...That thing is a beast and 1 of the one I test drove had some kind of tuning that bumped it up to 550Hp.

The Audi is nice. You will definitely enjoy. Can't ever go wrong with a German car.

^ yea have fun pulling the engine to replace the ~$4500 timing components on the back of the engine. THE reason i bought my G instead of an S4. the modifications they made to the 4.2 to squeeze it into the A4 platform absolutely ruined the car. I hope you like paying to have the engine removed every time it coughs. Although if you can afford an RS4 to begin with you can probably afford to have it serviced.

That said, I LOVE the RS4's. beautiful car and congrats on the purchase.
