Beige liner in the ceiling..
Beige liner in the ceiling..
Do you guys realize that how dirty your beige liner in the ceiling is? I like to drive with my windows down on the local street. I just realized that the ceiling traps so much dust over the year. Especially behind the driver side and the passenger side. Wiping it down won't even work. I guess I will have to use a vacuum or something
How and where can we do that? I am serious it is hard to clean. Whatever you do please "DO NOT" wipe it down with water. Thats the mistake i made
. It work better with dry dust wiper cloth or what do we call that cloth? Any how you can find them every where.

Yeah the willow headliner and pillars suck. The FXs with the Brick interior have a black headliner which is much better. Contrast wise for the masses the willow makes sense. For enthusiasts who notice things a darker headliner rocks.

I just cleaned mine last weekend. As you said, it was filthy.
Just get an interior dry cleaner spray (I forget the brand but it is in a blue can and it is a big company). Spray this on and let it foam up and it lifts the dirt right out and you are left with a perfectly clean (and good smelling)headliner!!!
You may also want to scrub the areas that are real bad, but let it sit for a few minutes before you scrub so you can lift the dirt out.
It's real easy and it works real well.

cover the headliner in suede.....darkens up the interior makes the car look much better....only thing i have had trouble with is the side airbag emblems in the pillars are tan had to spray them black....all in all well worth it!

Ay i have a question, on my g35 and im sure everyone else. but if / when i get my suede done. the molding of the roof as far as the might light, and the bracket that holds the seat belt will still be BEIGE/TAN whatever that ugly color is. any ideas ?
The interior shop is in Carson. Your trim can be painted, your sunglass holder and other plastics can be painted as well. Notice most of my stuff including the oh **** handles are painted body color.
