is it possible to change the timer for auto headlights, so that when i leave my car they dont stay on for a minute or 45 sec or whatever it is? can i change it to 5 sec? or anything?

I printed this out and showed it to the dealer back when I first got my car. They played dumb and acted like they didn't know what it was.

Looking at the service manual under BCM Control Module, yes you would need to take your vehicle to the dealer unless you have a CONSULT-II and CONSULT-II CONVERTER. At least print out a copy of the customization chart from HERE and tell them which mode you want. Beside the 45 secs, the other shorter time frame is 30 secs and none.

 

blah too much trouble for something thats not a huge deal. its a minor annoyance nothing more
