06's look good too !! But to say the other spoiler doesn't flow is way off IMHO.

The "ironing board" looks better, IMO. It just makes the car a lot more aggresive. If you plan on modding your car with wheels, body kit or lowering it, I'd put the older wing on to complete the sportiness of the car. The newer one does look classy, but I was never a big fan of it.

G35 Coupe "Sport Package"
IMHO, I think wingless is best, them M3 style lip, then 06 spoiler and the "ironing board" last. I guess that is because I am going to put Kurama front and INGS sides on and nothing on the rear to keep it low and clean. I guess with a more aggressive body kit like Greddy, it might look better with it.
