about 1 year.
Just the center console as far as I know - it is hard to improve on near perfection.

The 6-Disc changer in the 2004 is quite a bit faster. The center console buttons are a little different, and the console lighting is a little different. The console buttons and cd area also have silver trim now.
Mechanically, I believe everything is the same.

2004's have the tire pressure sensors inside the wheels. It's a PITA if you're looking to go with big wheels.
