The gains will be minimal at best (over short tube and test pipes) and the hassle of removing them and replacing with short tubes and cats will be a PITA. Only on the track will this be worth it.

ok cool. Thanks for the info. I was just searching for headers on there and that popped up and just was curious if anyone had some .02 on it. thanks for the reply. I am not going to be doing that setup...I have topspeed headers and topspeed HFC going to be installed.
