Re: Laser Red

I say RED RED RED all the way. It's beautiful in this car. The first commercial I ever saw and the first G coupe I ever saw were Laser Red, **sigh**. To me that was it, besides as some others have said it's a Sports Car, do it some justice and get red. I will also have you know that my little bro has a DG coupe. Though it was my first choice as well I'm glad I went with Red cause he said he noticed alot more stares in my ride than his. One thing I will mention is that I do believe that cops love a brightly colored sports car. The night I got mine I got on the freeway and within 5 mintues had CHP following me. He stayed on my bumper all the way to my exit. Of course he could been admiring the Laser Red too, he he. Peace.

Re: Laser Red

Sorry, but I hate sandstone-colored cars. That's the color of dirt. I don't want a car that looks dirty even when it's clean.

Re: Laser Red

The red looks awesome. They had one in the showroom when I picked mine up and I really liked it. I had just come out of a red 300M though and I was looking for something different.

Re: Laser Red

Red! I was pretty sure I wanted red but not 100%... until my car arrived and I saw it for the first time waiting in the dealer garage. It was stunning. It's a great color and I feel that 95% of the photos you will see on the internet do not replicate the red accurately and do not do the color justice - you must see it in person. (ReDRoK8's pic looks pretty close)

In the end though, all colors are great on this car. But go red

Re: Laser Red

Hey afr0puff, What do you think of a Black spolier on the Lazer Red? I've already did the splash guards Black. Anyway, I think your G is Sharp! Keep up the good work.

Re: Laser Red

Now now. This is quite the biased post isn't it. I will say, that red was indeed my third choice, for I am not a fan of metallic colors. The red available for our G's is quite nice, no doubt about it. I think the most stares competition will be won either by red or ... BLACK. Red is the traditional sports car color, yes. However, black, is a completely different style. It shows the aggressive, downright mean side to our G's. However if you're not an advocate of spending hours on your car... Don't go with black. Here is a black picture to contrast with the red biased-ness. =P

Re: Laser Red

Red is such a great color. If you want to stand out and get looks, red is the color. It is so much more sportier than the rest. All of these silvers and white's and black's are so common these days. Don't see too many bright red sport cars anymore. Plus there were under 800 6 speed reds made in 2003 so I happen to think I have a collectors item.
