If your going used to the tune of more than 4 years old, I'd stay away from the BMWs, Merecedes, and Audis. I wouldn't want to own one out of warranty. If you don't plan on keeping it out of warranty, then the M3, AMG's, etc are all great cars. You could even do a used Porsche boxster (preferably S) for low 30's depending on the year. The 2005s have the better interior, but the S models are still mid-40's.
The Exige is a great track car, but unless you are tracking your car regularly, I can't see why you would want to live with a car that you need to crawl into, is noisy, and has no low end torque.
The G37 will be more than low-30's unless you get a base model and wait until the dealers start negotiating on price.
Tough call. I'd say you can't go wrong with the s2000. Fun car but a little lacking down low. If that doesn't bother you, I'd go for it. Otherwise, what about a new Infiniti G sedan S - 6mt? You might be able to do low 30s and it will be new with warranty.
