easy enough to remove OEM Grill?????????

I am having my grill painted black (leaving fuji chrome), and would like to know how to remove it without causing too much work. I was told by a body shop that I would have to remove the front bumper cover. Is that true? ANy help is appreciated.

just remove the 4 black clips. and you need a long flathead screw driver to remove 2 white clips. there should be a DIY on this

i just took mine off right now. im still in the garage painting my grill right now too. its real easy to take grill out. pop the hood, remove the 4 push tab on top of the grill, the bottom is held in place by 6 tabs/clips, pop those out, it should come straight off. there is no need to remove the bumper at all or anything else for that matter....
