Everyone,

Which is better for a Black Exterior:
Graphite or Willow?

Re: Interior color

It just comes down to personal preference, kinda like picking an exterior color. My choice though is the graphite interior. Living in Canada with all the snow and sand in the winter the willow interior would not last long. Once all that crap gets into a light colored carpet it doesn't all come out no matter what you try. It just stains. The darker interior will hide that mess. So if you live where you get snow you might want to take that into consideration. Otherwise its up to you, just remember the willow will stain much easier.

Re: Interior color

what he said, also...
if you live in warmer weather, black interior will be toooo hot in the summer time. I dont think you really care what my opinion is so im not gonna tell you which i prefer more haha
ok ok....i prefer willow because its brighter and feels more luxurious and it really 'opens up' the interior, makes it look larger than what it is. For me, black interior was just too dark, it needed some wood accenting.
Willow on Black will look gorgious!

Re: Interior color

Rambo,

The lighter interior does feel more luxurious.

Thanks

Re: Interior color

Alot of people like the tan interior for that "Ferrari" type look. I personally don't like the tan, but that's just my opinion.

Re: Interior color

I ordered my coupe black with the willow interior for three reasons. First, I think that black cars with tan interior look stunning. Second, black interior is really really hot in the summer (I live in Dallas, TX). Last, I think the graphite looks kinda stupid since parts of the interior are still willow. Just my .02

Re: Interior color

I definately like the Willow better, in my opinion graphite doesn't look that comfortable, willow has that soft feeling to it.

Re: Interior color

I've had light leather before and it's a nightmare to keep up. The willow interior with the black exterior would be the hardest combo to keep clean IMO. If you like the looks and don't mind the extra upkeep, go for it.

Sal

PS. I personally like the graphite interior, but that's just me.

Re: Interior color

Sal,

I acutally compared the willow and graphite interior. The graphite isn't too bad. It looks luxurious and sporty.

Thanks

Re: Interior color

I saw a 2 side by side .. and the willow shows up the interior lines more... the black sorta hides it .. still visible through the shine off the leather and the infiniti logo on the seats bangs out at ya .. and it looks in my opinion more expensive and sporty than the willow ..
again
MY opinion...
but whadda I know..???
