the dealer told me that the front lip is molded onto only certain 07 models is this true? I think its the one with the sports package has it molded, the others do not...

also i see that all the coupes at the dealers have front plates installed, if i were to remove the front plates will there be holes in my bumper? i dont want any front plates at all.

 

yep, will be holes in UR bumper, can get some soft plugs that will make it less noticeable. NV "requires" a front plate, but, dealer did not install holder, just left in the trunk.

 

The 06+ with sports pack have the lip molded into the bumper, that is correct. And there will be holes if the bracket is on the car.

 

is it possible to buy an OEM front lip later and put it on an 07? or no?

 

^^ If it has the sports pack. it has a lip already, and the OEM one will not fit. But if you get one without the sports pack the OEM lip will fit.

Klumzyee makes a lip that will for the 07 sports bumper if you are interested in that.

 

i'm looking for a front lip to fit my 06 coupe to cover up some small defects from the previous owner. what resources are available? i'm still new to the g35 coupe. only had it 3 months. thanks in advance.

 

if you have an 06+ sport bumper, then you only have a couple choices. chargespeed now offers one, but klumzyee also sells a data systems style lip for you guys. PM "klumzye" for more info.
