The other day I saw a G35c with the Aero kit and it had tail lights on both the rear window and the spoiler itself. It looked kinda strange. Is this how all G35C look with the Aero kit?

 

Same here. Lights on both rear window and spoiler.

 

I'm pretty sure that's what happens when the dealer installs it. They come from the factory with the brake light on the back deck because they don't have the spoiler. I only have the spoiler light.

There are two different Aero Kits - "Aero Kit with Spoiler 4-piece" and "Aero Kit without Spoiler 3-piece".

But anyway your question doesn't actually have to do with the Aero Kit. It has to do with the spoiler. The factory always puts on three brake lights. If they put on the spoiler, they use the one in the spoiler. If they don't put on the spoiler, they add one at the base of the rear window. So then if you later add a spoiler, you now have 4 brake lights.

So the cars you are talking about had the spoiler put on at a dealer (or somewhere else, just not the factory).
