heated seats stuck in the "on" position :(

i remember seeing a thread like this awhiiiiiiiillle ago, but my search has yielded only those complaining they don't get hot...with over 100 degree temps and record humidity levels in New Orleans right now i dread getting in the car for my 1 hour commute each way...driver's side heated seat is stuck ON...does anyone know if there is a fuse i can yank to cut them off without effecting anything else, i won't have a chance to get to the dealership till next week

should be fuse #38, 10a., right in front of battery in fuseible link area. May have to remove whole battery cover to get the cover off.

thank you so much, do you know if this fuse is for the seat heaters only?? ie) i know alot of the lighting features are usually linked in one fuse like the headlights AND tailights etc

manual shows it for only seat heater, but, best to just remove it and see if anything else does not work, or if so, if U can live with it till U can get to the dealer.
