If you have a warranty use it, maybe something has fallen down like the
previous pic have shown. I wear 13.50 Nikes and don't have that problem.
The issue I have is my foot hitting the brake/gas pedal at the same time
while braking.....and you thought you had problems. HAHA

 

i have a size 12 and my foot touches when i use my clutch

 

Had the same problem with my 07 then adjusted the seat lower, etc and the problem was fixed.

 

I finally managed to take my car in today. They agreed that the panel is definitely lower than it needs to be. They are going to order a new one for next week. So hopefully it'll all be sorted then!
