Mine never fell off or was loose and the right side escutcheon I ordered, fitted fine on my drivers side.
Think I paid around 22-25 for mine. Any Infiniti Dealer can order them if they don't have them in stock.

Is the piece they call the "escuthceon" any different from the same looking part on the passenger side door? Could it be better fitment? Because if its the same thing you can pick up the passenger door piece alot cheaper. Dont pay for a fancy name on whats virtually the same piece!

The piece is known/called an escuthceon for both sides. Depending on the part number, one will have hole for key (drivers side), the other no hole (passenger side).
Either one fit rt or left side on the door handles.
What your getting is a passenger side escuthceon to put on your drivers side.
Simple.

Great mod. I've done it myself last year. It looks so much cleaner without a keyhole.
Who uses a key anyways?!?!?
