Exclamation Extremely loud whistling sucking sound coming from my car

hopefully someone can help me.

Here's what happen to me last night. Im driving on the highway and I start hearing this extrememly loud noise coming from outside my car. It was this really loud whistling sucking sound. it was intermittent like someone breathing in and out. I have to pull over cause it sounds like my car is gonna explode. I check underneath and im not draggin anything. the tires, engine, and exhaust all seem fine. i start driving again and within a few minutes the loud noises start happening again. i have to pull over again. Its coming more from the front. So i think it has something to do with my bumper. I have a nismo bumper and it doesnt line up with the undercarriage so im thinking it might be that. Maybe the wind is catching it and causing this really loud wind noise. But then ive had this for over a year with no problems. plus the sound was intermittent and didnt sound like wind noise. anyway i have to pull over every 5 minutes. needless to say my trip home was a long and unpleasant one. Once i got off the highway and was doing less than 20 mph the sound was gone. I have yet to drive the car today to see if its still happening.

Anyway long story short does anyone might know whats happening here. Could it be a vacuum leak? Something with my brakes? My brake/slip/vdc service light has been going on so i know i need to change the brakes. Thanks

Im pretty sure he'd be able to differentiate "windows-down" noise from something coming from the motor or front end of the car ...but I, myself, am pretty baffled at what it could possibly be

I would say possibly your undertray may have came off or lost a bolt. I know mine started to drag and would catch the air and make pretty much that exact same sound. Go look at the undertray and see if its all bolted down correctly. especially the left and right sides in front of each wheel well.
