Sh1tty. Only speaking from experience with other cars and not the G. Pull the door panel. On the back side you'll probably see where that individual panel is attached. Sometimes it is melted in place (like a weld) and you'd have to cut it off, sometimes attached with tabs and is easily removable. Take that panel off of the full door panel and re-stretch the leather and glue it in place. Then just put back together.

you guys sure "heat" did that? If so, you can take it to a upholstery shop and they can re-glue everything back together and heat it up rid all the wrinkles.
