Only the dealer, but theres a couple of crap on ebay that you can stick on top of your aluminum piece.

You should be able to find anything you need here, and for a cost that is like 20% cheaper than a regular dealer would charge for the same thing:

You know.. if your trim is all scratched and you're thinking of buying a new one, why not just take the one that you have off and try to paint it and see if you can get it to come out OK? If it looks like crap(and chances are that it will)... who cares, you were going to replace it anyways.

You could get an after market complete dash kit (CF?) and give your car's interior a "fresh look".
Check this link, they've got some interesting trim finishes:
h**p://dragonautomotive.com/sp-bin/spirit?PAGE=136&CATALOG=51
This site got a beter pricing:
Infiniti G35 Coupe 05-up, W/o Navigation System, With Manual Transmission, 23 Pcs. $202.80 for CF kit

Door grip caps? Just to clarify the part that goes upward in front of the armrests that is made of aluminum? Because that's EXACTLY what I needed.... I was going to paint the driver's side one because it's all scratched up but $27 is not too much. Hmm...
