Re: Greddy/350Z Strut Bar Install

I can't even find anyplace that says it will fit the G. Where did you see that it will fit the G?

If I remember correctly the Z has a bit more room under the hood so it can fit. I looked under my hood and I don't see how it could fit.

If anyone has done it succesfully I would be quite curious also. Pics would be appreciated.

Ours is definitely lower (or the engine is mounted higher), and I think you are right it is also a bit more angled.

Here are comparison pics courtesy of edmunds.com (by courtesy I mean I am just linking to them )

Once you get to the pages from the links below just click on engine and you will get pics of the engine bays.

Re: Greddy/350Z Strut Bar Install

This has been discussed several times already. The 350Z has a mounting "plate" that the strut bar bolts down to, and the G35 does not have it. So the strut bar will not be applicable.

Here's the recent post I created in the tech section, the final answer on the subject. (Hopefully all the pic links are operating as my host site is having some trouble).
