It's the ferry parking lot on River Road near the border of Edgewater/weehawken. There is a little pathway for people to walk on, that runs right along the river. When no one was looking, I drove my car up on it, snapped some photos, and came back down. I did get some evil stares from joggers that had to go around my car.
And yes, that is a knight rider light.
