"Photochopped"? What did you chop? Did you slam the body or expand the wheels/tires?
What I really want to know is do those rims exist in reality? If so, what brand/style/diameter/width are they? What size are the tires?

He used Adobe Photoshop to edit the image by resizing the wheels to make them look bigger, and NO those arent available on the market
