Re: homelink question

You can program any remote into your Homelink system, doing steps 1-4. Then go press the learn button on your garage door opener, and press and hold the button you programmed with the other remote. I've done this several times... I programmed the same remote for all three buttons, then had three different garage door openers learn those codes. Of course, they weren't next to eachother, otherwise that would've sucked...

Re: homelink question

I had problems with the G35 instructions for homelink. However, it told me I need to press the reset homeling button on the actual opener the follow the instructions. It works fine now.

Re: homelink question

Try the homelink website. Your garage door possibly uses "rolling codes" (I think that's what they're called) and there are special instructions for programming your homelink. Still very simple.

Re: homelink question

I don't think it is possible to program your homelink w/o a remote. Try asking a neighbor or the manager's office if they will let you borrow theirs for 2 minutes to program it.
