I have the same DP. And for like the first 3 moths I had it I thought it was silver! HaHa I realized it was DP when I tried to use some silver touch up paint on it. I tested it on the engine bay first though. The worst part was the parts guy at Infiniti told me it was silver and he is also the one that looked at the VIN then went and matched up the touch up paint. I guess he was one digit off.

Wow, the light came on........!

Had the parts guy at Infiniti known what he was doing the vin number has
nothing to do with the color. The little plack on the inside right front fender
shows the color code......scarey!

bought it used and from a nissan dealer. they just said it was silver, so I rolled with it...and it really is, jut a different shade of silver. All in the details.
