i need some help on these mod. I did search a lot on the forum, but i just need some opinion.

FI exhaust
DC sport SS header
Injen intake
Grounded wire kit
may be Nismo Camshaft (may be though)
Brembo brake

those are the mod that i am gonna go with
i don't plan to go for turbo, because i like the low end than the high end power. Sorry, i know that weird but that how i like it.
i just worry that the exhaust and header give too much air out and the car lose pressure. So give me some feed back.

what about high flow cats?

 

If you like low end, scratch this list and just save it for a Supercharger.

 

what's the point of getting heads/catback exhaust with stock cats?

some sort of plenum mod should be on your list. not to mention a tune.

FI exhaust is great. Get the FI 300 Cell Metallic cats to support flow.
I would speak to Toney at FI about the headers they sell. May be able to get a good price since you may purchase Exhaust,Headers,HFC with the same Co.
Intake is subjective. More of a sound MOD-I like the Stillen W/Z tube combo.
Headers are BIG bucks to install-Look into instillation before you order.
Look into MREV-5/16 spacer. [SEARCH] & Read up on rev-up VS non-rev up applications for MREV. Money better spent on MREV MOD then HEADER mod if you had to chose one FIRST and wanted best HP for Money spent.

I would not mess with CAM unless you are going all out.
